Harry Marinow, M.D.

Harry Marinow, M.D. graduated from the University of Ottawa Medical School, Ottawa, Canada. Following internship, he completed residencies in General Surgery, then Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Southern California, with Fellowship spine surgery training in Hong Kong and Australia. Dr. Marinow served many years as Chief of the Orthopaedic Department at St. Mary Medical Center and was on the University of Southern California Teaching Faculty at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the North American Spine Society.

Dr. Marinow specializes in sports medicine, total joint replacement, and spine surgery. He is widely recognized for the skill and ability he brings to some of the most challenging problems in orthopaedics.

Dr. Marinow has specific expertise as an Agreed Medical Examiner (AME), Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Independent Medical Examiner (IME) regarding workman's compensation cases for injured workers including evaluation of professional athletes with the National Basketball Association, National Football League, Major League Baseball and other sports.
